The "Arakurayama Sengen Park Sakura Matsuri" will not be held in 2026. In recent years, a rapid increase in tourism from inside and outside Japan has been causing serious disruptions in the local living environment. Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our citizens is our first priority, and we intend to limit concentrated tourism and reduce the burden placed on local residents.Implementing continuous safety measures.
Although the event is not held, a certain amount of visitors is still expected.
To secure safety and prevent congestion, area security guards will be stationed, and road closures, temporary parking areas and temporary toilet facilities will be implemented.

*To all those considering visiting:
Severe congestion is expected on all roads in the area. Parking is limited. Please use public transportation, and maintain appopriate manners, such as refraining from entering private property and taking photos without permission. Also, please be aware that the viewing deck will have limited entrance time (5 minute rotation), and the waiting time is expected to be from 1 ~ 3 hours.
